if today is the "4th of july" then last night must have been
"4th of july -eve" - right?
well, what a better way to spend it than with family around the campfire?? :)
(papa buck and gramma dodo came over too - after i'd put the camera away - uncle tim did capture some shots though, including kajsa getting a hair cut - i'm SURE he'll put them on HIS blog- HA!)
if you can't tell by the pictures, kaci and uncle tim were trying to become friends! :) taya's looking for deer, and she & tessa are wrapped up because they just got out of the pool. i'm not sure WHERE kajsa was!! :)
today, we are off to CELEBRATE!! :)
tessa has to play in the band for the parade in stephenson and kajsa is in the parade with her best friend's family! :)
rick and taya are staying home and going to the bethel church "parade" (the walk from the church to the mellen township park) where we will all meet up for lunch and visiting this afternoon!
fireworks in stephenson tonight and the weather is just BEAUTIFUL this morning to start the day!! a bit cool at 50 degrees, but sunny, blue skies! :)
